Just thought i would post it here first. I have a Miller Bobcat 225 (G plus). Machine runs perfect, has 3000hrs, and serviced every 100hrs since purchased new. Welder is mounted on a new trailer with a mount for O/A bottles, racks to wrap torch hose, welding leads and extension cords. Also a storage box mounted up front. Asking $2000.00 for package. I ordered a new machine this morning and no longer need this unit. I will post some pictures next week. ~JacksonI'm a Lover, Fighter, Wild horse Rider, and a pretty good welding man......
Reply:What are the specs on the G-plus? What are the processes? I know the new units cover: # Stick (SMAW)# Flux Cored (FCAW) *# MIG (GMAW) *# DC TIG (DC GTAW)# Non-Critical AC TIG (GTAW)# Air Carbon Arc (CAC-A) Cutting and Gouging (3/16 in carbons)John - fabricator extraordinaire, car nut!- bleeding Miller blue! http://www.weldfabzone.com
Reply:Sounds like a good price, should sell quick. To bad I already got a rig.DewayneDixieland WeldingMM350PLincoln 100Some torchesOther misc. tools
Reply:The 225G plus is ac/dc 225amp/25volts cc/cv at 100% duty cycle. You can stick or scratch start tig with the unit as is. With the use of a Hi-freq box, you can tig Aluminum, and you can mig with the use of a voltage sensing wife feeder. At one point in time I have run about all processes off of this machine. I will say this machine has been a workhorse! It was the first portable machine I had when I went into business and has never let me down. Even now it doesn't burn any oil, and starts very quickly. I have two of these Identical units I purchased at the same time. I have decided to keep one mounted on a trailer, and purchase a more powerful unit for my truck. If you want to see what the machine is capable of check out these threads. http://www.weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=11210http://www.weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=10848I used this machine I am selling to do this work. If you have any questions feel free to ask, and anyone interested I will be glad to let you run it and see what you think. As soon as my new machine gets here and I can mount it this machine will be mounted on the trailer, and placed at my welding distributor for sale, but wanted to post it here first if anyone was interested. ~Jackson. Oh, btw, I travel a good bit over Ga/AL So if you are serious, and serious only!!! delivery might can be arranged.I'm a Lover, Fighter, Wild horse Rider, and a pretty good welding man......
