Stopped by the farm store to today and this beauty was sitting right up front. That there is quite the invention! Also liked the missing front wheels.

Reply:If you look at the left edge of the pic you see a hub with no wheel on it, above it you can just barely see the drivers side rear axle tire.

Reply:Actually, it just looks like a repurposed pipe structure of some kind. Or, if it was built as a trailer, that's some pretty accurate pipe fabrication. The radius bending, and fitup, is excellent looking from here. The "hub" doesn't appear to be a hub though. No studs for wheel mounting. And I don't see holes for ag type lug nuts unless the nuts were broken off flush on the original structure. Either way it was never meant to be an actual working hub on the "new" trailer I believe. The tongue is interesting. Can't say as it's any weaker than most commercial built trailers. It's not adjustable BTW. The hitch is solid welded. I especially like how the dood tapered the connection between pipe and hitch (Bulldog.....a nice choice....the best out there)Really guys, it's pretty neat in a sorta Americana way.
