oxyfuel cart

i'm gonna be making a cart for my oxygen and acetylene tanks i'm using 1x1 square tubethe square tube is 1/8 inch thick i'm gonna stick weld everything on the cart i'm gonna use 6013 rods for this is 6013 the best rod i could use ?
