Reply:well, im pretty sure i wired it correctly. but theres always room for error. but its unlikely right now. its a 3 wire plug. i took the plug to the dryer wall from my MIG. cause i didnt want to go to the store. and i can just use my 110v mig if i really need it that bad. so its wired the same way my MIG was wich worked fine. given i didnt mix anything up. Hammack_welding, i bought it used. so you have this exact machine? and run this off of 220? i really hope there is no problem with it.Lincoln Square Wave 175 TIGLincoln 110v flux core welder (my 1st)Clarke 180EN MIG
Reply:Well it is certainly worth opening up the Connector/Plug and double checking-Green is groundBlack is Hotand iffin there is a white or red wire in the Cord on the Lincoln,  that will be a Hot also.Ed Conleyhttp://www.screamingbroccoli.com/MM252MM211 (Sold)Passport Plus & Spool gunLincoln SP135 Plus- (Gone to a good home)Klutch 120v Plasma cutterSO 2020 benderBeer in the fridge
Reply:so i just got done opening it back up. it is wire nut'ed together for quick dosconect. and they were all connected correctly. so i though, what if when i twisted on the wire nuts, a wire didnt make that great of a connection. so i re-did all 3. re-taped. and BAM. she works. lol...in conclusion. make sure you make a connection when wiring things together. thanks for the help guys. happy TIGing.Lincoln Square Wave 175 TIGLincoln 110v flux core welder (my 1st)Clarke 180EN MIG

Reply:I agree- and I don't quite understand the reasoning behind the "quick dosconect(sic)" part of the wiring. The Wire on the machine's cord should be terminated to the terminals in the Plug and offer just as quick a means of disconnection when you need to change the Plug on the machine back to a 6-50p.Ed Conleyhttp://www.screamingbroccoli.com/MM252MM211 (Sold)Passport Plus & Spool gunLincoln SP135 Plus- (Gone to a good home)Klutch 120v Plasma cutterSO 2020 benderBeer in the fridge
Reply:from architects to developed designers, use lineage 2 adena  the good of computer-aided plan software that creates blueprints for 3-D objects that can be printed out on a Z Firm. machine, Harmon says - flatbottomed tho' the software has been dropping
