grizzly bandsaw

am considering a grizzly swivel head 5x6  bandsaw..anyone had any experience with one or Grizzly at all? am leary becaause it is  from China  but seems to be well builtt..thanks...

Reply:thanks Ed, the 613 is a lot more saw than i was looking for.. maybe in 2   months ... lol...was hgonna order some bimetal blades from enco     ..glad to hear your experience, it looks like  a good saw..been using a milwaikee portaband.. it cuts but it doesnt cut straight..hoping for  more precision...spending too much time grinding after i cut..
Reply:need a blade recommendation.in the bimetal , grizzly and others show a VP blade with a range ot teeth per inch. the plain steel blades feature typically a raker tooth and so many teeth per inch. i dont follow the idea of a blaade having a range of teeth per inch. was thinking about a 14 or 18 for regular cutting and a 28 or something similar for using the saw vertical and feeding in 10 gauge for curved cuts.help!.
