I just weld as a past time for my own use. I use a older Linde mig-master 160 most always. Years ago I had a Twentieth Century 180amp welder and always regretted getting rid of it. It welded good for a vintage machine.. and I liked the nostalgic look to it. Yesterday I came across a exact one for $60. It was 30 miles away and due to wifes failing health I wasn't able to go get it so I offered him $100 with delivery. I figured might be tab high that way but all considerations and 30ft of leads- was decent buy. I'll post pic's when figure it out but is in real good shape for it's age. Anybody else ever use or own one? I will look but think it is a model 40.
