Newbie needs help figuring out compadible mig gun for Ln-22 wire feed

Hello all, im new to the forum and pretty much welding in general. As the title says I just purchased a l n 22 wire feed by Lincoln and the unit did not come with a Mig torch. I've done some research online to see what my options are but finding clear information on this older machine has been a bit tricky. So I I'm just a hobbyist so I'm basically looking to keep costs as low as possible for now so I was hoping to find a cheap compatible Mig torch to use with my ln22 but from what I have been able to figure out from the instruction manual I downloaded for this unit there are two models of Lincoln guns that are for sure compatible and listed in the user manual. K264 & k361 seem to be like my two options that are for sure but are also in very short supply and upwards of several hundred dollars which basically puts my mig hopes on hold. It seems like there might be a chance that a different games compatible with one of the other LN models such as the Ln - 9 could possibly work but even $150 is a bit more than I'd like to be paying. Does anybody have any experience with this older machine that might be able to give me some insight. Or possibly there is a way to adapt a cheapo $50 yes welder Mig gun off Amazon choose the older style Lincoln back-end. I believe it is a three-prong plug that I saw on the side of the machine. Anyhow any help would be much appreciated
Reply:As far as I am aware, you just need a mig gun with a Lincoln back end on it. Just search eBay for ‘Lincoln MIG Gun’ and pick a gun in the amp range you use.

Reply:Some body correct me if I am wrong but the LN 23P and the LN22 are both for inner shield wire they both run .068 and 5/64 wire I have never seen one with a gas option they only take 14 lb spools the LN22 is one speed and the LN 23has a speed reduction switch on the gun to reduce wire speed when welding pipe hence the P behind itI think there is only one gun that fits it !

Reply:well, thats to bad.     i got a 250 amp mig gun w/ lincon end, its greeen labled weldmark, supposedly same as tweco, its been a good gun.    i paid about 135 for it 10 yrs ago.      that might work for soaker.     i never have never been arounfd a ln-22 though

Reply:Here is the plug in question, 3 prong with only 2 wired up. I got two of these LN-22 machines and the other one has the same setup. Think maybe just a 2 pin lincoln style connector mig gun should do the trick??? I'm thinking about just buying one online like this that has a return policy and just giving it a shot...
