LF multi purpose gas welder

I have previously used the miller multi purpose xmt series (304i think) and loved it .I was wondering do those machines exist but that run on fuel and not electric?
Reply:Yes i looked at that machine and its not in the ball park.I am going to be renting a shop and i thought at the beginning to keep things cheap i could run off gas and not hoop up industrial electrical yet.Guess i will go with the regular model i mentioned and run off a generator,thanks for the info .
Reply:Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, no i had never thought about that.Thanks , i will look into that.No, the shop is not set up for a welder so i would have to put it all in which is why i was looking at cheaper easier alternative, thanks.I am wanting to weld up slip tanks, stairs and ramps,pipe racks etc.
