Looking for cheap hobby welder

OK, the title should say it all.  I'm looking for a little buzz box.  That little chicago electric 70 amp welder from Harbor freight or similar should do fine.  It's got to be an arc welder.  I'm just looking for one to practice a little with, see how crummy they really are, and move on.  Looking to pay around 20 bucks, plus shipping if you feel like boxing it up for a reasonable charge (maybe another 20 or a little less).  We can also deal locally either Flagstaff, Wickenburg, or anywhere in between really.  Let me know if you think you got something.  craigdge AT gmail DOT com, except you know what to do with the AT and the DOT.  Keeps the spam bots away and all that...
