Anyone ever made a vice mount for a porta band???

I have a milwakee 4.5" porta band and have seen a few on the net.  I would like to make one but I cannot find them anymore.  Anyone know of, or built a bench vice mount to slap your porta band in????Come try it out and stay a while.
