Nassau Reasearch Corp "The Brute" welder?

Anyone here of "the Brute" by Nassau Reasearch Corp?Its a 220v AC/DC machine I may purchase. The guy says it will run 5/32 rod, and it will tig, but doesnt come with a torch. I know I can buy a torch with a gas valve, and tig with it.Anyone here of this machine? I attached an image of it Attached Images
