This is another lamp I made for a friend from used up brake discs and 19mm diameter pipe.I tried DCEN, Hyundai 6013 2.5mm electrodes, around 90 amps. The welds are still hideous,as expected, due to the difference of metals, as explained to me in my previous posthttp://weldingweb.com/vbb/showthread.php...amp+from+scrapPaint was copper hammered look, electrocoated. I also added a dimmer to help her create atmosphere.Telwin Force 165 InverterDewalt abrasive chop saw

Reply:Thanks everyone.Actually, this is my living room, I was just trying it out. In the meantime, I have already deliveredthe lamp, so I asked my friend if she could send me some close-ups. Unfortunately, they are poor qualityiphone pictures. As for the shade, maybe you mean the cap, it is made of glass, ordinarily you install iton the ceiling but looking down. Here is a close-upIf I pay her another visit, I'll make sure to bring a camera with me.Telwin Force 165 InverterDewalt abrasive chop saw |
