This makes #3 in the repair department..I repaired cracks in the welds on 2 others so before this one splits the welds the customer sent it to me to work my magic on..This is also the same customer with all the hyd.cylinders I have been giving the once over..Geezzzzzzzeee......I never saw so much unsatisfactory "Factory Welds" in anything like this...Makes me wonder who is in charge of INSPECTIONS......So like the others it's grind grind grind all the paint and welds down to where I like it.. clean with Acetone and have at it..3/32 Red..1/16" 70S-2 filler..Machine on Kill..Pedal in use...I wonder what they will bring in next....?I get all the fun jobs........zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:I have see the factory welds on those things, look like someone used a caulking gun to do the job, and sloppy at that, most of the time the start peeling when you start grinding them out. Just sitting on a machine with the vibration of it running makes them start to weep, never mind when the machine is working and starts feeling the shock of digging, hammering, or whatever else the monkey in the seat does.Disclaimer; "I am just an a$$hole welder, don't take it personally ."
