Hi there all, I know I haven't been on for a long time but I have been dealing with a pretty serious back injury..The project is some heavy duty shelving for the shed, I bought some shelves a while ago from a local hardware store that were supposed to hold 50KGS (110pound I believe the math is right ) per shelf, and yet when I put a 5 liter (1.32 GAL) container of gas on the top shelf right in the middle of it the flipping thing BENT sending gas everywhere. So I had some angle iron laying around and managed to grab some shelves free... Now lets see the gas spill More picts to come.Tons of hand tools mostly KingchromeArc welderMiG weldersO/A setupMany grindersair compressorsmany air toolsIndustrial drill pressTwo Forkliftsmany more toolsMan has his will, but woman has her way.- Oliver Wendell Holmes
Reply:The welds were done with my Little MIG, settings were 17.8 Volt I believe and wire feed on low with amps at mid range. Reply:Sorry the pics aren't the best I tell them on my phone. as you can see they are strong enough to hold my big butt. I will be welding more and more as I heal but still a very long way to go in that regard.Tons of hand tools mostly KingchromeArc welderMiG weldersO/A setupMany grindersair compressorsmany air toolsIndustrial drill pressTwo Forkliftsmany more toolsMan has his will, but woman has her way.- Oliver Wendell Holmes |
