I hate to see a thread or a video get deleted but for whatever reason(s)  it happened it happened. I can appreciate how someone on here is telling me they would not hire someone because of what they were wearing or they used a certain word that they did not like too many times. Honestly who give a crap about the job that they do? Field Res reminds me of me. I bend over backwards for the job and that dude looks like he does the same.

Reply:I think its jacked up that folks talked so much **** FR deleted the video.  But I guess its easy to be judgemental when your not the one on camera. Thanks guys!

Reply:I saw the thread as being flawed to start with, we are only getting one side of the story. Then the ASSumptions started followed by the insults. It added no value to the forum. I was pleased the OP did the right thing and asked to have it removed. I enjoy hearing different opinions, ever a healthy mature debate. I was here a few years ago when things got silly, we lost a lot of good members. Remember the spam plague a few months ago? Allowing keyboard warriors to do their thing is just as bad.
