Miller DIgital performance headgear problem

Reply:I would send it or take it back if possible. If you are dead set on fixing it yourself, put the headband in a pot of boiling water just long enough to make it soft and flexible, then put it around the bottom of a pot that's about the same diameter as your head and tighten it up. After cooling it should be round again. I haven't tried this on welding headbands, but it works well when forming similar plastics. Under heating will simply not do the job. Over heating could ruin the part.
