Miller 250 Dialarc ac/dc

I have an older Miller 250 dialarc ac/dc stick welder.  I bought this used from my buddy who had it for about for 10 years and used it 3 times do hard face the bucket on his trackhoe.   I just used it on a job for 3 months with no problem.  Just up graded to a miller 350mpa so I have no need for it now.   Comes with the miller wheel kit and 12 feet of power cord, I believe I have 15' sets of leads, stinger and clamp for it.   My local miller rep offered me  $1300 for it trade.  It basically is brand new. $1300 takes it.
