I got a torch set for Christmas and needed a cart to hold it. For some strange reason, nobody makes a cart for propane bottles. I bought a N.T. hand truck and welded up a framework to attach to it. The metal was mostly scrap and the total cost for the ratchet straps, hooks and hand truck was <$100. Still have 25' of 1/4" hose and a fire extinguisher to attach. The framework is attached with u bolts so it can be removed if i need the cart for something. Attached ImagesTOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE

Reply:ChrisT,How do you like using propane versus acetylene? Nice cart build. I like the two straps on your O2 bottle. Have you had any problems with the bottoms slipping? I have seen light strap bent to match the bottle bottom and welded to keep them from slipping around.Great Job!
