Anyone need a good camera for posting pictures to WW?

Reply:Hell of a nice camera for the price! And PhotoShop Elements, too? You must want a welder pretty bad! I'm always broke when these deals come along. You shouldn't have ANY problem selling this camera, if someone here don't get it, someone will take it from CL, for sure. Good luck!! Reply:Thanks gizzardgutz!Yeah!I am really wanting this welder, the Mig I am using right now works great, but it doesn't have enough fire in its guts, its an old weldco 160amp.The one I am trying to get is a really nice shape Esab Migmaster 251, its just covered with dust from being stored and has some paint spatters on it. it comes with a fairly full owner owned 80cf tank that isn't but a few years old, and she has the original purchase papers for the tank, a bunch of consumables, extra drive rollers, 3 10lb rolls of .030 Lincoln 70s6 wire, about 50' of heavy extension cord and a decent but used Speedglas auto hood, all for $1200.00!Heres a few pictures of it. Reply:If you are wondering if you can do extreme closeups of your welds with this camera, I haven't done any for welds, but heres a few I did using that 50mm lens and a 2X teleconverter that I picked up for $50.00 and this camera.The first 2 are of a Cicada!Pic #1 closeup of its facePic #2 of its wingsNext is a tiny about less than 1/4" spider sitting on an old piece of lumber, notice the wood grain and hair on the spider! Reply:I just looked at your ad and I didn't realize that Nikon had bought Fuji.  I just bought my second Fuji digital SLR this week, a Finepix S8100.  It doesn't have interchangeable lenses, but I really like the firmware that Fuji has installed.  Everything is easily readable through the viewfinder, it tells you what to do.I used to shoot a lot of medium format stuff with my Mamiya.  I don't do anything especially demanding anymore, so a more point & shoot camera does the job.  Wish I could get a digital back for the Mamiya.  The ones I've heard about were low resolution by today's standards, and about $15,000!!!!America Needs AMERICA'S Oil!!!"Global warming is the greatest scam in history ...There is no run away climate change. Reply:Thanks gizz!I know what you mean by being broke, orders for parts I make are coming in very slow!That camera without a lens, as I bought it about 4 years ago, was $2499.00, and the 50mm lens I purchased was $249.99, with all the stuff I was giving with it, it was well over $3000.00 invested!I couldn't be caught without a camera though, and I won't give up my latest, its the big brother to that S2, its the S3 Pro I purchased a while back, no I wont sell this one, at least not yet anyway!
