Hey guys, I can't figure out if this machine is 1 phase or 3. Looks pretty nice, but not sure if I can run it in my garage. Any idea how much this would be worth? I've seen prices ranging from $300-$1000 for this machine, but their ain't a lot of info on it which scares me. Attached ImagesMillermatic 135Syncrowave 250

Reply:well, I'm seriously considering this machine. I might go look at it this weekend and test her out. I read somewhere that it weighs 1100lb, but that can't be right, can it?! If so, i have NO idea how I'd even get it into my truck unless this guy had a forklift, and no idea how I'd get it out because I dont have one and my tractor wont lift that much I don't think. Anyway, I got the price down to $550 which seems pretty reasonable. However, would it make more sense to just save up another $3-400 and get a newer syncro? This one comes w/ an argon tank, which i figure is worth about $200 if it's full, and comes with all the leads and a foot pedal which is all probably worth another $200, plus the scrap copper if it don't work.Millermatic 135Syncrowave 250 |
