I finally finished up my welding table.Top 1" thick about 40"x25"Framework 2-1/2" square tube 1/4" wallCaster plates 1/2" thickCasters 4" polyurethaneHoles 9/16" 3" C2CI originally had pneumatic tires om it and the bearing races got destroyed just rolling it up the driveway. That is the reason for the extensions to compensate for the difference in height. There are tubes that go parallel to the legs that slide down like outriggers and have leveling feet. The vise can pull out and store upside down under the table. Attached ImagesTOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE

Reply:Might be the heaviest portable table I've seen. I like it though Airco Ac/Dc 300 HeliwelderMillerMatic 200 (stolen)Miller Maxstar 150STLMiller AEAD200LE (welding and generating power) Hobart MIG
Reply:It is a little heavy. The top is 297lbs +/- and there is about 30' of tubing and a 50lb vise.TOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE
Reply:Thanks SteveI figured the pneumatic ones would hold up for more than 50', the bearings in the swivel were piled on top of each other when they were removed. I looked at some of the phenolic wheels and they are not bad compared to what I paid for the red ones that are on there now (+ the cost of the first set).TOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE

Reply:Nice work, a table can never be to thick in my opinion. Did you drill all the holes, are the threaded?Ranger 250 thick stuffHobart Handler 140 not thick stuffthe pane and oxy setup
Reply:Judging by the color, you should have all Miller equipment. But your sig indicates different. What's the deal with the four bolt flange located on the cross member between the swivel wheels? Do you have any pix of the legs and levelers in position? Nice job on the table, but keep it on pavement or you won't be able to ever move it again by yourself with those small wheels.
Reply:It looks great. Nice color
