Sad day in the shop!!!

Well, sadly my old Powcon 300SS bit the dust today. I was running some 6011 on a piece of pipe for a redneck water hose hanger. It quit flat out, being three phase, it scared me that my converter died . But, it was the machine.  I'm gonna pull it apart sometime this weekend and figure out whats wrong. Reply:It was my grandfather's, when he passed I inherited his shop and everything in it. I know he's had it A LONG time, I've done some serious work with it, and have made some good money with it. Reply:All right guys!! I got my baby working, I was in the shop until 4am last night working on it. Not sure what you call it, but there was a significant amount of corrosion on one of the control panels.  I cleaned it up good, d-greased many other connections. She's working like new now!!! Reply:I just bought a smorgasboard(butt load) of Powcon parts. All new old stock. Boards, scr's diodes, etc. It'll be my 2nd Christmas should UPS choose to deliver it. I'll list some of the stuff.
