Reply:Look on CL. I've seen several in NYC, eastern Pa, NJ and Delaware over the last couple of weeks. I usually use searchtempest.com and look for stuff in about a 200 mile rad. Type in "welder" if nothing else.I see one listed in central Jersey today, one in Philly in the last week, a Bobcat in Tomsriver yesterday, a Miller AEAD in Hammondton NJ on the 8th, a couple in New Yory City on the 6th - 8th, Lincoln Ranger 7 in Lebenon Pa. on the 8th, Miller Trailblazer in Baltimore from the 10th. plus a couple more. All those are within 125 miles of me..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear.
