Rusty holder end

Thanks for share your experience here. Anyone face the rusty holder end (for welding electrode) after rebaking at 350degC. When oven was 100% occupied, rusty found. 50% occupied, no rusty found. Previously was fully occupied, but no rusty found too, can anyone explain? thanks.

Reply:um, yea, good question, do the 50% about the rusty.   but try talking to it first, if it helps, figure the 100% if rusty found (only when occupied), if not the same, change it, but only from face.  its really not that difficult, do it like i told you, and i'm sure you'll find it easier to understand.
