Reply:Thanks for the response.
Reply:yeah, value retention on those things sucks...I have a TA Dragster 85 that I originally spent around $1500 on for the machine, torch, regulators, gas bottle, etc... all together. It's easier for me to give it away to someone who may enjoy it than it is to sell it for the $60 or so I'd get for it.--Wintermute"No man's knowledge here can go beyond his experience." - John Lockewww.improvised-engineering.comManufacturer Agnostic:Blood----------Sweat---------Tears----|------------------|----------------|----Lincoln Red, Miller Blue, Esab Yellow
Reply:I'd considered a similar setup to take to the track for repairs, but it just wasn't worth the cost to gather all the necessary pieces for the few times it would be used. I've been practicing my O/A techniques instead.Dynasty 300DXSmith He/Ar gas mixerMM350PHobart Handler 120Smith LW7, MW5, AW1A |
