Hello...In this forum we can find some plans for plasma cutters. I know that near all are dangerous as doesn't have isolation transformers. But I stil wan't to make one. (with isolation transformer) but wan't to know what minimal ampereage I need. I have only thin sheet metal in mind to cut. (I plan to max 2mm thick but till now I only use 1mm and 0.8mm iron sheet's). So the question is for user's that already has plasma cutters and just wan't to know what ampereage is needed for such thin material and maybe the feed rates too. Of course type of gun can be good information too. As I know someone is maked own plasma gun but can't find any drawing.Thank's in advice.
