Air cooled torch to Liquid

I have a PT 185 and the torch gets hot while welding aluminum, I'm toying with the idea of comverting to a liquid cooled torch but the lincoln setup is a little salty...  Has anyone done this with aftermarket components  ie, Build your own cooler/ torch-cable combos??  If so I'd really like to get some ideas. The lincoln setup is like almost 400 without the cooler, 900 with.
