Roll bending molded handrail tube

Is it posible to roll bend molded handrail tubing? I need a radius of about 36" to go around a round landing. Attached ImagesIan TannerKawasaki KX450 and many other fine tools
Reply:Possible Yes.  Easy  No. I would think that you would need special rolls and fill it wily sand or cero- bend

Reply:Curious if anybody here has used the hossfeld for bending tubular handrail?  I have a couple of their dies, yet have only bed molded cap and channel.  It does a great job for the molded stuff.  I would be interested in the results for tubular stuff. I have seen curved handrails done with tubular handrail, however didn't know how they were bent.by the way Molded handrail refers to the solid stuff, and tubular handrail is the tubular stuff.
