Made a set of Jeep door hangers to hang my doors on when they are off of the Jeep. Made them so they could be mounted to the wall or to my xpo trailer build. Coated them with Rustoleum berliner spray. Here they are drying.
Reply:I'm a fellow jeep enthusiast. That's the most ingenious way I've seen yet to hang the doors.I'm rolling in a 2011 JKU with the power windows. The damn things are heavy for jeep doors. I wish my garage was big enough to put stuff like that, but I can't even leave stuff off for more than a day trip everyone has sprinklers here
Reply:They look real good!
Reply:Damn good idea. I smell a market for these. They would be simple to mass produce and you never know, a big company may buy the patent from you.If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before the bag of luck is empty."-Grandad circa 1990ish
Reply:NICE!If you plan to store them on your trailer while off in the boonies, you will do well to add a hinging, swing away bar to each hanger that can be hinged into position above the Jeep door hinges and pad locked to reduce the chance of opportunistic bazturds stealing your doors.Trust me, if some thievin' askhole has a chance, the doors will be gone.
