I have the pm215 and am having trouble with it. It will not keep an arch. As soon as it arcs it seems like the wire freezes. I've replaced the liner with no change. I did take a volt meter to the output leads and found the voltage fluctuates. Gas solonoid is not receiving a constant voltage either. The only thing that is working like it should is the feed motor. Any help on this would be appreciated.
