So a couple days ago i order the lincoln 210 mp after a lot of research. its my first welder, but i did weld a few times before i bought it. i did flux core the first day because the stores weren't open and then today i went and got some c25 mix and i start practicing my mig skills. soon after i gummed up the tip so i tried taking the whole nozzle off, but the whole gas defusser came of and then i tried pulling it apart with my dad and we couldn't get it. also when i put it together i only did hand tight. what should i do? I can't find any magnum 175l mig gun discussers either. thanks y'all
Reply:how gummed up is it? the nozzle should thread on the gas diffuser. put a wrench or channel locks on the diffuser and same on nozzle and try and separate them… If it is "gummed up" too bad you might of welded the two together either way its good to have some spare consumables around- Christian M.C3 Welding & Fabrication - CNC Plasma Cutting-Mobile Welding-Custom welding and fabwww.c3welding.com

Reply:Unscrew or pull off the nozzle, put a wrench on the diffuser & unscrew the contact tip. Don't ever remember ever having to change a diffuser & I'm talking pallets full of flux core wire run through them. How the heck did you manage to mess that up?REAL TRUCKS DON'T HAVE SPARK PLUGS
