Reply:The weld should come up more on the box tube . You need to center the weld more. And more uniform motion . Practice it will get better. Good luck
Reply:I want to see the whole fixture. It looks like a lot of work has gone into it. It look like you were traveling too fast. Slow down and watch the puddle. Keep the rod buried so your looking at the puddle rather than the flash.
