Lincoln Pro Core 100 Good ?

I found a Lincoln pro core 100 for sale brand new for 119.00. That sounds great but it does not have the torch gun or clamp line with it. Can someone tell me if this is a good deal? Thanks what kind of machine is the pro core 100 in comparison to like the Lincoln 135? Whitey
