I made this video a while ago to show a quick over view of what our robotic welders are capable of. Different thicknesses and materials. I think it also does a good job of showing how a robotic arm works in harmony with the positioner. Enjoy.Last edited by Jaymfg; 03-19-2014 at 08:59 AM.Joe DengelRobotic Welding SpecialistFor all of Your weld testing needs please contact me. Reply:that robot does nice work but if my boss got one i would be out of a job.i.u.o.e. # 15queens, ny and sunny fla
Reply:The Bluco fixtures are great. They really work well with the robots. Everything is perfectly square and the same time after time. We run a lot of the same jobs weekly and our setup times are minimal. Not to mention its easy to recreate if you snap a few pictures. Docwelder we had few people that thought the robots would steel their jobs but it really ended up creating a new position for an operator because we ended up getting robot only work and still kept the old work load.Joe DengelRobotic Welding SpecialistFor all of Your weld testing needs please contact me. Reply:Shouldn't this be in the "Service Provider Subforum"? It would be much more interesting if you weren't trying to sell me something. And 1 robot and 1 trunion isn't all that impressive.

Reply:How much weight can be loaded onto the robot?
Reply:That's really cool. It's efficiency in making welding projects is exceptional. Very precise and fast.PlasmaCam CNC cutterLathe and Band SawClamps

Reply:Cool to see that I'm not the only one on here that does robotic welding stuff. The company I work for bought a Miller/Panasonic system about 2 years ago. Seeing as I was the only manufacturing engineer who knew how to weld (I actually worked in the weld shop doing production welding for a while) I was tasked with the job of designing fixturing and doing the programming. We are a fairly hi mix low volume company, so I has taken some time to get all the fixtures designed and made (it was also a huge learning experience for me) it is working out nicely for us.Btw, our system was designed and built by Genesis Systems group. Here is a video showing the systems turn table function from the part loading side: .
