Laptop stand for a DJ

I had a DJ get in touch with me to make him a stand for his new DJing laptop. Sick little laptop as well, the front of it looks like a old trans am and the grills change all different neon colors. Small thing too. 10 1/4 deep by 13 1/4 wide and has a terabyte of memory from what he said. Anyway on line prices for a stand were about $300. My jaw hit the floor when he showed me the junk out there for this kind of money. Here's what I came up with for way less money than that. I painted it with a hammered black finish, sorry no pics and gave it to him today. He was very happy. Nothing to fancy, the paint job really complimented it. Reply:Hey, you could have made it telescopic for $ 9.95 more .    Where's the ''KEYSTONE '' beer holder ?  OR, does he drink real beer ? That hammered paint finish is pretty neat. It almost looks like pipe cap on the ends, good idea.
