Reply:Either you've got a typo on your CL post, or you're shorting yourself here. The CL add says Syncrowave 350 not the 250 you have listed here. As mot krig said, thats a sweet deal. I wish I had the free cash right now to upgrade.You might think about PMing Steve (7A739 here) and talking to him about who he uses for shipping. He gets some good rates for shipping equipment. It might work out that you can just ship the machine to your new  PA address and be good for $300 or so. Unless you are desperate for the cash, it might be the best $300 machine you ever bought from yourself. .No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:To close the loop on this thread...I just got home from purchasing the syncrowave 250 from Dan.  5 hours each way but still cheaper than shipping (lol if you don't count my time).  The machine is in good shape and works fine.  Dan layed down some very nice beads and then provided some great tig welding basics.  Thanks to Dan for a great deal on the welder, his wife for pleasent conversation after a long drive and their neighbor for helping to hoist that heavy machine into my truck.  BTW Yes this is my first post here.  But there will be more now... I will need some help with tig basics and techniques.  Thanks WeldingWeb.
