Any idea what this could be based off what you read?http://bend.craigslist.org/pts/435624883.html
Reply:Not enough info to be sure but for 200 bucks it might be well worth checking into. Might turn out to be junk or it could be a real find, I know I would check it out at least. DaveI am what I am, Deal with it!If necessity is the Mother of Invention, I must be the Father of Desperation!
Reply:ive seen some welders like that they had twin cylinder wisconsins w/ a magneto on them 16-18 hp they had the bumble bee butt look where the commentator is like the sa 200, just a smaller version though
Reply:My dad had a wisconson 4 cyl crank to start Lincoln, but I think it was 200 amps.DavidReal world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:I know I have a crank on mine but it is in the back and located near the battery, from the info givin I would guess it has a 18hp motor, twin cylinder, like a small Lincoln with no shell over the motor anyways. maybe a good find, I would check it out, might be worth it if you was looking for a portable welder WelderBoy.Last edited by PipeDreamer07; 10-14-2007 at 08:26 PM.Old PIpeFitters never Die, their rods get shorter and the gaps get wider!!! |
