So I have and been working as a machinist for the last few years and only did TIG  at home on my own projects and when someone messed up a part in the shop. but I just started two days ago as a welder again. 95 percent of the job is aluminum TIG welding pipe. Pretty much building tuna towers and similar. Anodized and non anodized. I am having trouble spacing my beads correctly to get them clean and look like they use to. Seems like welding truly is a perishable skill. I didn't find and decent videos to hopefully refresh my skill. Reply:Pulse isn't really ideal for what I am doing. There are a lot of miter joints and funny angles where your constantly repositioning to get the right arc length and angle. 1.9" o.d  and smaller aluminum tube.I have been manually pulsing right now. Instead of just keeping a relatively steady and amperage. Would it be better to just keep a steady amperage and move along adding filler?
