Just picked up a brand new JMR TN1000 Tube Notcher. Very happy with its performance. A very high quality American made product!GarLincoln Electric, Power MIG 256Hypertherm Powermax 45 Miller Dynasty 280DXSmith O/A torchGenesis of a welding table
Reply:Deff going to have to look into it, what do you use for a tube bender?
Reply:Looks nice but damn is it pricy.
Reply:I love my JMR notcher.Had it for years and it's been flawless. Looks like he changed the design of the shaft bearing but it looks to function the same as mine. IMO, these notchers are not comparable to any other hole saw notcher on the market. Blanchard ground main bodies, CNC machined billet bearing housings, Torrington bearing on the pivot, oil-bath needle roller bearings on the 1.375" shaft, replaceable/changeable pilot screws for the hole saws, and a ton of adjustability. JMR was even making their own hole saws for a bit that had near zero run-out as they weren't rolled and welded from blade stock like traditional saws. They were too expensive to keep making last time I spoke with them, too bad. I have a few and they are awesome.http://all-a-cart.comWelding Cart Kits and accessories
