Lincoln 135, Is this a good price?

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right place...I have an oppty to pick up a Lincoln 135 MIG welder, (120v unit) with tank and cart.  Guy wants $450.  Lincoln doesn't make a 135 unit anymore, it's now a 140.  Anybody familiar with this model, is it good?  If I could get it for $400 would this be a good deal?I'm just starting out, and have read here extensively about ther limitations of 120 units.  I'm just looking to use it for hobby work until I get decent at welding and get 220v installed in the garage.  I haven't welded since the class ended in June and I don't want to lose whatever skills I got....
Reply:I wouldn't want to go more then $350 for it depanding on how much it was used. It is a very small machine and you can get one new one on ebay for $450 with free shipping.  The tank is a hit or miss if the guy bough it or is leasing it some welding companies are funny about filling tanks if you personally didn't buy them from them.Vantage 300 kubota ,miller 304 xmt ,lincoln ln 25 pro , ranger 305 G, plenty of other tools of the trade to make the sparks fly.
