Well once again out of order but u get the idea. I threw my laptop away due to the fact it wouldn't load anything so all I have is my phone. . Triple passing the entire frame. They take some abuse moving them around with the loader. Using 2 3/8 tubing for frame and 7/8 sucker rod for bars. 24 feet long. Actual weld time is pretty low but prep takes some time. I will finish it with a few more pics tomarow. Attachment 743971 Attached Images
Reply:How will they be used? Looks like you built the stands for this job.
Reply:Yeah the first couple I built I did it on the ground so I built these stands because it's pretty hateful on the knees. The panels stand by them selves and you chain them together. Going to use them around my farm in the areas I want to be able to tear them down so I can get equipment in there and clean up.
Reply:Nice stands that work as a jig.
Reply:Yes stands are the start of a jig haha. Haven't finished them yet. Need some more material. I was originally going to weld little chunks of rod to the stands so I can drop the rods in place but I changed my mind because getting them off of the stands would be impossible. I'm going to take some 2 inch strap and weld the rod onto that so they can be placed on to the stands with a couple bolts. They need to be removable.
