Hi we are making tables in our welding shop , 54" and 37" round bar for the body of the table.Problem is im terrible at perfecting the circle bends, i bend the bars on the jigs and get the rough circle shape but i have to get the end part of the bar to curve in to meet the other end.Anyone got any tips for this? im using a pedestal bender for the bends.
Reply:Bend more than the full circle and cut the straight ends off.Leo

Reply:I've actually never used a roller, but how well would it work if you rolled it, welded the ends together, ground the weld flush, and re-rolled completely around to smooth out the flat.
