i have a lincoln sp-200....with the power off there's a humming inside the maching and the voltage reads 26.....if i flip the toggle on, then turn it off.....it's ok......also lately when ive been running it if the nozzle hits metal it arcs out.......whats going on here and what do i need to replace? it's the only problem the machine has had in 25 years
