More Gym Stuff bar storage and dip station

Two simple projects: First is for Olympic bar storage. Slide the bar in the pipe keeps the floor clean. Second is for dips. Kind of cool it slips on to the rack and is held in place with a pin.Dave ReberWadsworth Ohio

Reply:Dip Station works great. I think the handles are 17" long. When I do dips on it my chin touches the rectangular tube holding the handles. Is what you are calling the "adjustment post" the horizontal piece with the holes holding the dipper? If yes we call it "The rig or rack" hitting it is not an issue. The rig or rack is 2x3 rectangular tube 1/8 wall. There is no taper in the rig.The dip station is 1/8 and 3/16 steel. It is plenty strong to hold some fleshy people!!Dave ReberWadsworth Ohio
