I see/hear a fair amount of "I am fresh outa school why aren't I getting this and that". Well I am abouts a year old at my latest adventure for work and have let my welding and fab skills quietly be seen. Last night was called upon to do a job that normally the senior guys get. I cant elaborate much, but was a get positioned, hood down, while somebody feeds you half rods due to the tight space to get the job done.
