Me again. Got the welder back together and ready to see how she runs but as luck would have it I broke off a battery terminal and it won't turn over with a single battery. Could have jumped it but got frustrated and called it a nioght. I'm still trying to find out what the extra throttle/cable is for though. The choke is the one on the right. The one on the left (center of pic) seems to do nothing but has to have a purpose. Any help?......It's probably simple and obvious too. Attached Images

Reply:Thanks again for all the feedback. Nice to know what it is finally. The tech at my local lincoln dealer couldn't tell me. We'll see how she welds tonight...I hope.
Reply:Must be it starts from the windings in the welder. That is why 2 batteries are needed. We had a couple on ONAN power uints for bucket trucks. Yer talkin OLD here.David Real world weldin. When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.

Reply:Got the battery in it and she ran and welded just fine. Must have been the loose connection on the fine adjustment causing it to perform poorly. Still trying to find out what year it is. The code looks like 6330 but hard to make out for sure. Researched the 6330 and it came up too new (80's) and the manual pic's looked different.
