Need help sourcing 2-post lift positioner

I have been to the far reaches of the net and only found one company that makes what I'm looking for.  My employer mandates a minimum of two quotes.  Essentially what I need to do is lift a variety of table-like structures of different widths and lengths, up to 3 tons in weight, and then roll it over for easy welding.  ALM Corp. is the only company I've found so far that makes what I'm looking for, but their quote is nearly $50K.Does anyone here know of an alternate source for something like this?
