does anyone know how to unstick the heat range knob? how do i keep this from happening again. this a 225 arc. the red tombstone box.
Reply:Try WD-40 yet? You may have to disemble, see if contact points are fused. some of these knobs are hard to turn. spray shaft only. try turning with 2 hands. You supposed to turn knob throughout its full range every time before welding. helps keep clean and free moving.
