Longest rod is 8-32 and the two smaller one are 6-62.TIG with silicon bronze.Had to weld small rods at 90 and 135 d.I'm 95% CNC machinist and 5% welder but I like to weld when I can.I work at home in my garage mainly for a shop specialised in robotic laser welding, 4000W fiber optic laser.Same power as a 6000W Co2 laserI design gigs and fixtures for laser welding.I do the drawings, Programming and CNC machining for them.I love my workThe last picture is a 3/16 rod that have 3D bends, 4 X 2-56 holes 90d apart and 4-40 thread on one end.Jeff Attached Images
