Reply:Thats a good deal for someone looking for a decent stick machine on a buget. I'd bet they would go lower also. I'd work the " can't test it to be sure it works " angle and see how low they'd go. Those machines are almost impossible to kill so there's really very little risk even at that price..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:I just bagged a Miller 340 or I'd have nailed it myself. The Dialarc is a lot more mobile, and a fine machine for stick/scratch start TIG. No point in the small buzzboxes when you can get a Dialarc or Idealarc instead for less money.
